Very popular innovative “sushi bistro” seeks experienced Sushi Chef for its Miami and/or Ft. Lauderdale locations.  Must have outstanding sushi skills, and be very personable, presentable, and obsessed with details and cleanliness.    Japanese heritage and/or Japanese-speaking preferred, but not required.

BAR MANAGER – Delray Beach, FL.

Experienced Bar Mgr for a high-energy new restaurant with substantial bar biz. Excellent bartending skills, able to create signature craft cocktails. Also required: craft beer expertise, inventory management & cost control; strong management & leadership abilities; great personality and customer rapport; and ability to match liquors, beer, and/or wine with chef’s dinners.

SOUS CHEF/Chef de Cuisine – Brooklyn, NY.

“Rising Star” Chef to run BOH for a VERY busy and high-profile southern-inspired gastropub in Brooklyn (Williamsburg), NY, AND Manhattan (LES).  Must have the culinary chops, ambition, and talent to advance up to Exec Chef and help open new location(s).

ASSSISTANT GM – Panama City Beach, FL.

High-volume casual seafood restaurant with loyal fan base and popular bar component. Solid GM/AGM experience with high-volume operations and busy bar scene.  Must have excellent people skills and customer rapport, strong leadership skills, and personal commitment to excellence, able to assume the GM role. New restaurant opening experience and specific expertise with Gulf Coast seafood preferred, but not required.

Upscale high-volume restaurant in heart of SoBe seeks Top-Notch Maitre’D /FOH Manager. Must have outstanding customer relations skills and excellent credentials, with the talent & drive to advance into GM role. Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking is preferred, but not required.

Top notch Manager for a high-volume, extremely successful, and well-known Ft. Lauderdale institution. Must have excellent FOH/Customer service abilities, AND BOH/Kitchen Management skills. NOTE: This is NOT a chef or cook position, but requires ability to oversee Kitchen operations, plate presentation, food prep, inventory, stock rotation, cost control, etc.
