All- Star GM to lead a VERY successful “upscale casual” Contemporary Americanrestaurant (with a killer wine &
craft cocktail program) in vibrant Delray Beach, Florida!
Must have: Solid RESTAURANT GM experience
with applicable mid-to-upscale operations with strong emphasis on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Particular experience
with Fine Dining steak, seafood, and/or Italian concepts preferred, but not
mandatory. Dynamic personality with excellent
Customer Rapport. Proven ability to run a busy restaurant smoothly. Polished & professional, who
presents well in public and can be the restaurant’s “Public Face.” Comfortable with guest interaction, public appearances,
food & wine events, Chef’s Dinners, etc.
Good English communication skills. A team player who runs a happy crew and gets
along well with others (“NO Prima Donnas here!”).
Reasonable Hours! 5 day weeks, with a 2-day consecutive days
off (a ‘2-day vacation” each week!)
