Seeking EXECUTIVE CHEF to open and lead an exciting new upscale authentic GREEK & WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN restaurant in beautiful Boca Raton, FL!
* Open & lead this NEW restaurant, build & mentor your own team, and MAKE YOUR MARK in the local culinary scene.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS include:
* EXECUTIVE CHEF experience (or ExecSous, CdC) with upscale high-volume operations.
* Particular expertise with GREEK, ITALIAN, and/or Mediterranean cuisine.
* CULINARY CREATIVITY – Create menu, nightly specials, special Tasting menus, etc.
*Strong BOH Management skills.
* Hands-on & hard-working, with pride in your work and personal commitment to excellence.
