CORPORATE SUSHI CHEF to lead the entire Sushi program at an upscale waterfront restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, FL – AND to develop, launch, and oversee Sushi programs at new concept!


Must have substantial EXECUTIVE / HEAD SUSHI CHEF experience with UPSCALE, high-volume upscale operations; Outstanding Culinary skills, able to create new signature Rolls & Sushi-related menu items;

Excellent BOH MANAGEMENT & Leadership, able to run a busy kitchen smoothly & calmly. Strong work ethic and team spirit, great at developing & mentoring team members. Dynamic personality, who interfaces well with customers, special VIP dinners, private events, etc. MULTI-UNIT SUPERVISION and New Restaurant Openings strongly preferred.
