A-Team EXECUTIVE CHEF to lead a highly successful, award-winning upscale restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, FL

  • Reasonable Work Week – Just 5 days, 50-60 hour weeks. NO late night or morning shifts!

Mandatory REQUIREMENTS include:

* EXEC CHEF /CdC experience with HIGH-END, HIGH-VOLUME scratch-kitchen operations. Particular expertise in upscale Seafood, Steak, and/or Western Mediterranean /Continental cuisine highly preferred.

* Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity. Create signature dishes, nightly specials, special Chef’s tasting dinners, etc.

*  Excellent BOH Kitchen Management skills. A strong leader, able to command a high-volume kitchen smoothly & efficiently, while maintaining cool composure. Strong Expediting, multi-tasking, and financial/cost control skills.

* Hands-on & hard-working. Strong work ethic and personal commitment to excellence. Maintain highest standards on all levels  Energetic and motivated, w sincere desire to excel.

* Dynamic personality w great People and Team-Building skills, who runs a happy crew and gets along well with others. Polished & Professional, comfortable w customer interaction, Chef’s dinners, VIP events, media events, etc.

* Solid, stable track record with good professional references. Willing & able to pass background check, drug screening, proof of citizenship, etc. Able to start ASAP!
