A-Team Executive Chef to help open and run an exciting new high-profile chef-driven “New American” tavern/gastropub.  Must have outstanding culinary talent and creativity, solid BOH management skills, and great customer rapport. Particular experience with New American tavern, gastropub, and/or steakhouse definitely preferred. Familiarity with the Wyoming culture preferred, but not required.
