JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Serious EXECUTIVE CHEF / CdC experience with high-volume, chef-driven scratch kitchen operations. Particluar expertise with Contemporary American and elevated SOUTHERN cuisine strongly preferred. Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity, able to nightly specials, menu additions, Chef’s Dinners, etc.
- Strong BOH MANAGEMENT skills, able to command a busy kitchen smoothly & effectively.
- Hands-on and hard working, able to oversee entire BOH operations and take charge Strong personal work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Professional appearance with good people skills, who interacts well with guests and staff.
