All-Star EXECUTIVE CHEF to lead a VERY successful and well-established fine dining Steak & Seafood restaurant in booming Coral Springs, FL!

- Reasonable Hours – Just 5 DINNERS per week – NO Morning, Lunch, or Late Night shifts!

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- EXECUTIVE CHEF/ CdC experience with HIGH-END, high-volume, operations. Particular expertise with Fine Dining STEAK AND SEAFOOD highly preferred.
- Also creative Contemporary American inspirations with Global influences.
- Exceptional CULINARY SKILLS & CREATIVITY. Able to create Nightly Specials (especially FRESH CATCH), Wine Dinners, etc. Able to be experimental and deliver unique and memorable dining creations.
- Excellent BOH Management Strong expediting, multi-tasking, cost controls, projections, etc.
- Hands-on & hard-working. Impressive Work ethic and personal commitment to excellence. Do what it takes to ensure smooth kitchen flow, accuracy, and overall excellence.
- Dynamic personality with great PEOPLE SKILLS. A Team leader who runs a happy crew, mentors, and motivates by example. Polished & Professional, who presents well in public.
- Strong ENGLISH communication skills (Spanish speaking a plus, but not required).
- Solid, stable track record with good professional references.
- Able to start ASAP!
** ALSO PREFERRED (but NOT required): Private Dining / Special Events / Catering experience. DESSERT & PASTRY skills. Culinary degree. Solid Wine knowledge, able to work with Sommelier to create special Wine Dinners, etc. Bilingual (especially Spanish). Strong corporate training & structure. Lives nearby, and already familiar with the Corals Springs/Parkland/Coconut Creek/Boca Raton market, with established local contacts.
