Executive Chef Needed – Ft. Lauderdale, FL!  

Seeking a Rising Star HEAD CHEF to lead a highly successful and very popular polished-casual  restaurant, right in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida!

 Mandatory  Requirements include:

1) Serious CHEF experience (Executive /Head Chef, Head Sous, Chef de Cuisine, KM, Chef/Owner) with mid to upscale, high-volume scratch-kitchen operations. Particular expertise with fresh Fish & Seafood and contemporary American / Floribbean cuisine preferred.

2)  Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity, able to create signature dishes, nightly specials, special Chef’s tasting dinners, special events, etc.

3) Excellent BOH Kitchen Management skills. A strong leader with proven ability to run a busy, high-volume kitchen smoothly and calmly. Strong Expediting skills, with strict attention to details. Strong multi-tasker, with good command of cost controls, ordering, inventory management, financials, scheduling, vendor relations, etc.

4) Hands-on and hard-working, with strong work ethic & and a sincere commitment to excellence. Able to maintain stringent quality  and overall excellence – while still keeping an eye on the bottom line. Energetic and self-motivated with a strong desire to excel.

5) Dynamic personality with great People Skills. A team player who runs a happy crew and gets along well with others. Polished and Professional, who presents well in public, comfortable with customer interaction, Chef’s dinners, VIP events, etc.

6) Solid, stable track record with good professional references. Willing & able to pass background check, drug screening, proof of citizenship
