Must have solid Executive Chef experience, Culinary creativity,
excellent BOH MANGAGENT skills, and a great personality. New Restaurant
OPENINGS & MENU DEVELOPMENT highly preferred. Particular expertise with HEALTH-conscious,
Vegan / Vegetarian, Farm-to-Table, and/or Organic cuisine strongly preferred (but
not mandatory).
