Executive Pastry Chef needed for a very high profile, high-end internationally acclaimed establishment, right in the heart Miami Beach!

Generous Salary ($100K- $120K!) +  Bonus & Benefits, including Health Insurance, Dental, & Vision Insurance!

Relocation assistance available if applicable.

* Must be An absolute Rock Star Executive Pastry Chef, with stellar credentials and crazy culinary creativity.  Proven ability to make ‘Over the Top’ spectacular creations and  elaborate displays, with a touch of humor and whimsy.   Willing & able to push the envelope with “outrageous creativity and no boundaries.”

*  Must be available for occasional travel to help open & supervise new locations (including NYC, Chicago, and Las Vegas!), and fill in as Replacement Chef if needed.

Proven ability to design, develop, and standardize menus and recipes for existing and new operations, implement culinary standards, train and supervise crews, oversee culinary operations of multiple units, ensure consistency and quality, etc.

Requires Total Kitchen Management & Supervisory skills, able to be play a major role on the Management team: Hire, train, and & supervise staff; Cost Control; Inventory Management; Menu Planning & Development; Scheduling; Assign Tasks; Delegate Responsibilities; Set Production Goals; Assess Performance and Evaluate Team Members; Financial Analysis, etc.
