* Reasonable Hours: Just 5 day, 50 hour weeks. Dinner only, NO late nights or mornings!
Basic REQUIREMENTS include:
1) Serious CHEF experience with full-serve scratch-kitchen operations. Particular expertise with upscale FRESH FISH & SEAFOOD strongly preferred.
2) Strong BOH Management skills. Proven ability to run a busy kitchen smoothly & efficiently, while maintaining cool composure. A self-driven Chef, with the culinary chops, BOH Management skills, and personal ambition to advance up to Executive Chef role — and help open new locations!
3) HANDS-ON and hard working (no “clipboard chefs”). A Team Leader who motivates and works well with others (“No Prima Donnas here!”). Able to start ASAP!
