GENERAL MANAGER to lead a cool new full-service casual Seafood restaurant in beautiful Boca Raton, FL!
* Easy Schedule! Just 5-day, 50-55-hr work weeks! Lunch & diner only – NO early morning or late nights shifts! Requirements:
2+ years GM (or above) experience with mid-to-upscale full-service restaurants. Particular experience with Fresh Fish & Seafood (including South Florida & New England Lobster & Clam dishes) preferred, but NOT required. Dynamic personality with great people skills. Commitment to Customer Service, with a keen eye for details. Proven Management & Leadership skills with cool composure. Hands-on & hard-working, who leads and motivates by example. A team player who runs a happy crew and gets along well with others.
Willing and able to step in and do what it takes to ensure excellent service, including assisting BOH as needed.
– BOH experience (Cook, Chef, and/or KM) strongly preferred.
