Must have HIGH-VOLUME restaurant experience ($5MM+/yr). Particular experience with well-known “Casual Themed” chains (Brinker, Darden, Bloomin’ Brands, TGI Fridays, Applebee’s, etc.) and/or major local/regional concepts strongly preferred.
Must have the skills, personality, ambition, and personal drive to advance up to Exec Chef role.
