Experienced HEAD COOK for an award-winning, highly acclaimed Japanese / Pan-Asian restaurant in beautiful Naples, Fla. Must have solid COOK / CHEF experience working the line (not just prep) with busy scratch-kitchen operations. Excellent Knife Skills, with strong Attention to Detail and Plating skills.
Particular experience with Japanese, Ramen, and/or Asian cuisine (COOKED, not just sushi!) strongly preferred, but NOT required.
