Experienced GRILL COOK to help open & lead exciting new chef-driven, Mediterranean-inspired Full-Service restaurant in beautiful Boca Raton, FL! Must have solid Cook/ Chef/ KM experience, especially with REAL WOOD or CHARCOAL FLAME grill. Must have CLEAN & professional appearance and work habits, able to work in a busy OPEN KITCHEN.
Particular expertise with Mediterranean, Greek, and/or Mid-eastern cuisine preferred (but not required).
