All-Star SOUS CHEF needed for a well-established, highly regarded and award-winning FINE DINING ITALIAN ristorante in beautiful Daytona Beach, FLA!

Requirements: Fine dining authentic ITALIAN experience with scratch kitchens. Fileting fish, grilling/roasting meats, making pasta, sauces, etc. Excellent culinary skills, able to execute existing recipes perfectly, and also create new nightly specials. Strong Kitchen Management skills, able to run kitchen smoothly & efficiently, and advance up to Executive Chef. Work experience in NYC and/or Italy a plus, but NOT required
Pay: $700+/week (for just 5 dinner shifts /wk!). Plus Housing assistance subsidies if needed – and Advancement opportunities!
