** == >> REQUIREMENTS:
- CHEF experience (Sous, Exec, Chef de Cuisine, KM) with full-serve scratch-kitchen operations. Particular expertise with Contemporary American, Small Plates/ TAPAS, Seafood, and/or BRUNCH menus preferred (but NOT required). Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity, able to create signature dishes and nightly specials. Banquet, Catering, & Private Party experience strongly preferred.
- Strong Kitchen Management skills. A strong leader who commands a fast-paced, busy kitchen, while maintaining cool composure. A motivated Chef with the culinary chops, BOH Management skills, and personal ambition to advance up to Executive Chef role.
- Hands-on and hard working, with strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. A Team Leader who motivates by example and works well with others
- Live in or near downtown Ft. Lauderdale, FL or able to commute. Start ASAP!
Reasonable Work Week!: Just 5 days, with 2 consecutive Days off each week! NO Late nights or early mornings!
