Top-notch Sous Chef for a very successful, high-volume, and highly regarded fine dining restaurant, right in the heart of beautiful Miami Beach, Florida!
Requirements: Serious CHEF experience with HIGH VOLUME upscale scratch kitchen operations. Superb culinary skills including BROILER & Butchering. Particular expertise with fine dining STEAK and/or Fresh Fish & Seafood strongly preferred (but not mandatory).
MUST have strong BOH Management skills – able to advance up to Exec Chef
MUST have HIGH-VOLUME experience, able to handle busy kitchen while maintaining cool.
MUST have job STABILITY – NO short-term job jumpers!
