A-Team FOH Manager/ Beverage Manager / AGM to help lead a very cool, successful, and highly rated restaurant & tavern, right in the heart of booming West Palm Beach, Florida.
Chef-driven, scratch-kitchen ‘gastropub’ featuring innovative Contemporary American cuisine with a slight Southern accent, locally sourced & farm-fresh ingredients, and stellar wine program — plus a killer bar scene with creative craft cocktails.
Must have solid Management experience with chef-driven, mid-to-upscale high-volume establishments; Strong WINE knowledge; Dynamic personality w excellent people skills, who establishes close customer rapport with sophisticated, food-savvy and wine-savvy customers; Total focus on stellar CUSTOMER SERVICE. Polished & Professional demeanor, who presents well and comfortable with public appearances, special Chef’s dinners, etc. Strong BAR & BEVERAGE Management experience (especially with craft cocktails) a definite plus.
