1) RESTAURANT FOH MANAGER experience with high volume, mid-to-upscale, chef-driven operations. Strong Management & Leadership Skills. Proven ability to handle a busy FOH smoothly & efficiently with cool composure. Demonstrate the talent, personality, and personal drive to advance up to General Manager role.
2) Dynamic Personality with great people skills and customer rapport. Polished & Professional, who presents well and interfaces with customers. Strong commitment to Customer Service, with a keen eye for details.
3) A team player who runs a happy crew and gets along well with entire team, and with as customers Embrace and foster the company’s “family team” culture.
