 ASSISTANT GM to help lead an upscale, unique, and very popular restaurant in Delray Beach, FL!

Mandatory Requirements include:

1 Solid RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGMENT experience with upscale, high volume, chef-driven, service-oriented establishments. Maintain absolute quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards, while keeping an eye on the bottom line. Able to assume GM role, and advance quickly up to GM.

  1. Strong Bar & Beverage Management. Particular expertise in Whiskeys, Bourbons, Craft Beer, and signature Cocktails.
  2. Dynamic personality w great PEOPLE SKILLS & CUSTOMER RAPPORT. Total commitment to CUSTOMER SERVICE, with a keen eye for detail. Professional, Articulate and well-spoken,
  3. Strong business & Operational skills. Financials, P&Ls, costs, inventory, Liquor control, invoices, seating flow, etc.
  4. HANDS-ON and HARD-WORKING, who leads and motivates by example. A team player w great Team Building, Coaching, and Mentoring Skills, who runs a happy crew and fosters a positive work environment.

WINE & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR – Ft. Lauderdale, FL

A-Team WINE & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR for an upscale and highly esteemed restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Serious BEVERAGE & WINE MANAGEMENT experience (Wine AND Bar) with High-end, fine dining operations.
* Outstanding WINE KNOWLEDGE. Sommelier Certification strongly preferred, but not strictly required.
* Work with Chef to create wine & food pairings, special Wine /Whiskey Dinners, etc.
* BAR MANAGEMENT Experience. Hire, train, and supervise Bartenders. Create specialty cocktails. Oversee & update the entire Bar program.

  • DYNAMIC PERSONALITY with great energy, people skills, communication, and customer rapport. Polished, professional, and articulate, who presents well in public.
  • Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE with a keen eye for details. FOH Management experience strongly preferred.
