Basic REQUIREMENTS include:
1) Serious CHEF experience with full-serve scratch-kitchen operations. Particular expertise with upscale FRESH FISH & SEAFOOD strongly preferred.
2) Strong BOH Management skills. Proven ability to run a busy kitchen smoothly & efficiently, while maintaining cool composure. A self-driven Chef, with the culinary chops, BOH Management skills, and personal ambition to advance up to Executive Chef role — and help open new locations!
3)  HANDS-ON and hard working (no “clipboard chefs”). A Team Leader who motivates and works well with others (“No Prima Donnas here!”).  Able to start ASAP!

REQUIREMENTS:
1. RESTAURANT leadership experience (Manager, Supervisor, Shift Leader) Particular experience with fast-casual operations (power bowls, sandwich/sub shops, ice cream, frozen yogurt, smoothies, coffee shops, etc.) preferred, but NOT required.

2.  Dynamic personality with great people skills and focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Able to establish close rapport with employees and customer (most of whom are locals and regulars)

3. Hands-on and hard-working, who trains & leads by example. Must have the talent, personal ambition, and professional demeanor to advance up to General Manager. Proven ability to take ownership and run a busy operation smoothly and independently, without having to be babysat – and to ensure absolute CLEANLINESS at all times. Strong people skills, including hiring, training, motivating, and mentoring staff.  A team player, who runs a happy crew.

4.  Able to work Opening shift (9:00 – 3:00) OR Closing shift (3:00 – 10 pm).
