Executive Chef needed for a VERY well-respected, highly successful, high volume upscale authentic Italian ristorante, right in the heart of booming  Sunny Isles Beach, FL! (Ideally situated between N. Miami Beach and Hollywood Beach)

Must have serious (5+ yrs) EXECUTIVE CHEF / CHEF DE CUISINE experience, with high-volume, Fine Dining authentic ITALIAN restaurants.  Strong BOH MANAGEMENT skills & Culinary Creativity (create nightly specials, etc.). Great personality, comfortable with public appearances, special Chef’s dinners, etc. Proven ability to run a busy kitchen, maintain consistency, control costs, train & mentor staff, assure excellence and attention to detail, and work smoothly with the whole team.

SOUS CHEF / CHEF De CUISINE (Seasonal) – Modern Mediterranean bistro (Highlands, NC)

Experienced Chef (Executive, Sous, Chef de Cuisine) needed ASAP for a popular Chef-driven, Mediterranean / European-inspired bistro (with a slight southern accent) for the Season (NOW through November 30), with the opportunity to come back full-time next spring.

—  FREE HOUSING provided in a nearby fully-furnished house.

Salary: $800 – $1,000 per week (NET!) + FREE HOUSING (in a nearby fully-furnished house) + Relocation compensation (if applicable) and BONUS potential.
