  1. CHEF experience (Sous, Exec, Chef de Cuisine, KM) with full-serve scratch-kitchen operations. Particular expertise with Contemporary American, Small Plates/ TAPAS, Seafood, and/or BRUNCH menus preferred (but NOT required). Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity, able to create signature dishes and nightly specials.  Banquet, Catering, & Private Party experience strongly preferred.
