Must have solid Management experience with chef-driven, mid-to-upscale high-volume establishments; Strong WINE knowledge; Dynamic personality w excellent people skills, who establishes close customer rapport with sophisticated, food-savvy and wine-savvy customers;  Total focus on stellar CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Polished & Professional demeanor, who presents well and comfortable with public appearances, special Chef’s dinners, etc.  Strong BAR & BEVERAGE Management experience (especially with craft cocktails) a definite plus.
