Executive Sous Chef for a VERY successful, well-established, high volume, and highly regarded fine dining restaurant, right in the heart of beautiful South Beach!

Requirements: 2+ years CHEF experience with HIGH VOLUME upscale scratch kitchen operations. Superb culinary skills including Butchering (primal cuts, fresh fish) and Broiler.  Particular expertise with Prime Steaks, Dry Aging, Fresh Fish & Seafood, and/or upscale Italian or Greek strongly preferred (but not mandatory).

 **  HIGH-VOLUME experience absolutely required.  If you’re looking to relax and take it easy, this is NOT for you!

Culinary degree and/or formal apprenticeship preferred, but
not required.

Must have ENGLISH communication skills. Spanish speaking a
plus, but not required.
