REQUIREMENTS:

1. EXECUTIVE CHEF / CdC experience with upscale operations. WESTEN MEDITERRANEAN (Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Moroccan) expertise strongly preferred, but not mandatory. Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity. Total commitment to Customer Satisfaction and overall excellence
2. BOH Management skills. DISCIPLINED and ORGANIZED, with strong attention to Detail. Solid command of BOH operations, Analyze work flow, P&Ls, ordering, projections, vendor relations, etc.
3. Excellent TEAM BUILDING & MENTORING skills. A Team Leader who works well with others, motivates by example, and mentors & develops a winning team.
4. Dynamic personality, with great communication & people skills. Polished and professional, presents well in public. Comfortable with customer interaction, presenting special Chef’s Dinners, Special events, etc.
5. Solid, stable track record with good professional references. Committed to long-term career growth. Able to start ASAP!
