All-Star EXECUTIVE CHEF to help lead a dynamic new ‘polished casual’ Contemporary American restaurant.  Inspired chef-driven menu featuring fresh, seasonal offerings, locally-sourced ingredients, all natural grass-fed beef, sustainable local seafood, and health-conscious techniques (no deep fryers!) — Plus a stellar wine program killer bar scene!

Must have serious EXEC CHEF experience w superb Culinary Skills & Creativity, able to create signature dishes and nightly specials.

Particular expertise with natural, organic, locally sourced, Farm-To-Table ingredients and health-conscious cuisine strongly preferred, but NOT mandatory.  Strong knowledge of and ability to accommodate culinary trends & restrictions (gluten-free, low-fat, vegan, etc.)  Must have a true passion for cooking and creating.  New Restaurant Opening experience a plus, but NOT required.

Also: Strong BOH MANAGEMENT skills; A TEAM LEADER, who trains, mentors, & develops others to advance.  Hands-on and hard working; Great people skills, comfortable with guest interactions, food & wine events, Chef’s Tasting & Wine Pairing Dinners, etc. Committed to long-term career growth. Able to start ASAP!

Rising Star EXECUTIVE CHEF to lead a dynamic new ‘polished casual’ Contemporary American restaurant.  Inspired chef-driven menu featuring fresh, seasonal offerings, locally-sourced produce, all natural grass-fed beef, sustainable local seafood, and health-conscious techniques (no deep fryers!) — plus a killer bar scene!

* Generous Salary ($100K!) + Benefits including INSURANCE & more – plus tremendous opportunities for advancement and growth!

* Reasonable Work Week!  Just 5-day, 50-55 hour work-weeks. Usually NO breakfast or late nights!
