“A-Team” EXECUTIVE CHEF to lead a new Chef-Driven, high-volume Contemporary American restaurant (with a killer craft cocktail & wine program!) in booming Delray Beach, FL!
1. EXECUTIVE CHEF / Chef De Cuisine experience with chef-driven,
high-volume, “upscale casual” and/or fine dining scratch kitchens. Solid
culinary skills and Creativity. Particular expertise with new restaurant Openings,
Contemporary American cuisine, and/or locally sourced, farm-to-table, & sustainable
ingredients strongly preferred, but NOT mandatory.
2. Excellent BOH
MANAGEMENT skills. Run a busy kitchen smoothly & efficiently. Ensure
quality, consistency, adherence to standards, absolute cleanliness, etc. Must
have strong EXPEDITING skills, with strict attention to details. A strong
leader who can command a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining cool composure.
3. Personable and presentable, who presents well
in public. Great people skills, customer
interaction, public appearances, charity events, Media appearances, etc. Must
have a true PASSION for the business.
4. A Team Player who
leads by example and gets along well with entire BOH and FOH team (“No Prima Donnas here!”). Committed
to long-term career advancement (NOT just looking for a job). Able to start
