Immediate opening for a top-Notch COOK, for an exciting new restaurant specializing in authentic South American and New World small plates and entrees, plus a great full bar and wine program!
* Easy Work week! Just 5 Dinner shifts /week! NO breakfast of lunch shifts!
* Must have COOK experience, able to run a Grill and/or Sautee station without much oversight. Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and absolute cleanliness.
* Particular experience with LATIN AMERICAN and locally sourced / farm-to-table cuisine preferred, but NOT required.
* Strong work ethic and personal commitment, with the skills and ambition to advance quickly!
* Clean and Professional appearance. Spanish speaking preferred, but NOT mandatory. Able to start ASAP!
