Basic Requirements:

  1. EXECUTIVE CHEF /CdC experience with high-volume, upscale /fine dining operations. Particular expertise with WESTEN MEDITERRANEAN cuisine (Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Moroccan) strongly preferred.
  2. Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity. Create signature dishes, nightly specials. Strong sense of Pride and Passion in your work.
  3. BOH Management skills. A strong team leader, able to run a busy kitchen smoothly, effectively, and calmly. Strong Expediting skills. Strict Attention to Detail.  Maintain stringent standards of overall excellence.  Strong command of BOH ops, cost controls, vendor relations, etc.
  4. Hands-on and Hard Working, with strong work ethic and personal commitment to excellence.  Strong Team Building & Mentoring skills, who motivates by example & fosters a working team spirit.
  5. Professional demeanor, presents well in public. Dynamic personality & communication skills, Comfortable with customer interaction, special Chef’s Dinners, Media events, Food & Wine events, etc.
  6. Solid, stable track record and professional references. Willing & able to pass background check, drug screening, etc. if asked. Able to start ASAP!

WINE & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR – Ft. Lauderdale, FL

A-Team WINE & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR for an upscale and highly esteemed restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Serious BEVERAGE & WINE MANAGEMENT experience (Wine AND Bar) with High-end, fine dining operations.
* Outstanding WINE KNOWLEDGE. Sommelier Certification strongly preferred, but not strictly required.
* Work with Chef to create wine & food pairings, special Wine /Whiskey Dinners, etc.
* BAR MANAGEMENT Experience. Hire, train, and supervise Bartenders. Create specialty cocktails. Oversee & update the entire Bar program.

  • DYNAMIC PERSONALITY with great energy, people skills, communication, and customer rapport. Polished, professional, and articulate, who presents well in public.
  • Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE with a keen eye for details. FOH Management experience strongly preferred.
