* COOK experience with a fast-paced operation. * Particular experience with BREAKFAST, Artisan SANDWICHES, and PASTA preferred, but NOT required.
* Reliable with a strong work ethic and personal commitment to excellence.
* Clean-cut and presentable, able to work comfortably in a semi-open kitchen.
