Top-notch SOUS CHEF for a VERY successful, high-volume, and highly regarded fine dining restaurant, right in the heart of beautiful South Beach!
REQUIREMENTS:
Serious CHEF experience with HIGH VOLUME upscale scratch kitchen operations.
Strong BROILER & BUTCHERING experience
Superb culinary skills, able to maintain consistency, but also create nightly specials.
Particular expertise with fine dining STEAK and/or Fresh Fish & Seafood strongly preferred (but not mandatory).
Strong BOH / KITCHEN MANAGEMENT skills an absolute must.
HIGH-VOLUME experience, able to handle busy kitchen while maintaining cool.
Job Stability – NO short-term job jumpers!
Positive attitude, friendly personality, and Team Spirit (“no Prima Donnas here!”)
Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) a plus, but NOT required.
