REQUIREMENTS:

Serious CHEF experience with HIGH VOLUME upscale scratch kitchen operations.

Strong BROILER & BUTCHERING experience

Superb culinary skills, able to maintain consistency, but also create nightly specials.

Particular expertise with fine dining STEAK and/or Fresh Fish & Seafood strongly preferred (but not mandatory).

Strong BOH / KITCHEN MANAGEMENT skills an absolute must.

HIGH-VOLUME experience, able to handle busy kitchen while maintaining cool.

1. RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT experience with high volume, fine

expertise with upscale STEAK, SEAFOOD, and/or ITALIAN, plus strong WINE
knowledge are highly preferred (but not mandatory).   Must have the talent, leadership skills, and
personal drive for rapid advancement.

2.  Polished
and professional, with great people skills and Customer
Rapport. Comfortable with guest interaction, public appearances, high-profile
events, etc.

3.  HIGH-VOLUME experience, able to run a very
busy & demanding operation smoothly and with cool composure.

5)  Solid, stable track record (No short-term job
jumpers!), with good professional references, and serious commitment for
long-term career advancement. Able to start ASAP!
