Must have serious CHEF experience; Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity, able to create signature dishes and nightly specials. Particular expertise with health-conscious cuisine, natural/organic ingredients, locally sourced / farm-to-table, fresh fish & seafood, grass-fed natural beef, etc. strongly preferred (but not mandatory). New restaurant Openings and Banquet / Private Party experience preferred (but NOT mandatory). Also: Strong BOH MANAGEMENT skills; Hands-on and hard working; God people skills, comfortable with guest interactions, food & wine events, media events, Chef’s Tasting & Wine Pairing Dinners, etc. Committed to long-term career growth. Able to start ASAP!
