Must have serious EXEC CHEF experience w superb Culinary Skills & Creativity, able to create signature dishes and nightly specials.
Particular expertise with natural, organic, locally sourced, Farm-To-Table ingredients and health-conscious cuisine strongly preferred, but NOT mandatory. Strong knowledge of and ability to accommodate culinary trends & restrictions (gluten-free, low-fat, vegan, etc.) Must have a true passion for cooking and creating. New Restaurant Opening experience a plus, but NOT required.
Also: Strong BOH MANAGEMENT skills; A TEAM LEADER, who trains, mentors, & develops others to advance. Hands-on and hard working; Great people skills, comfortable with guest interactions, food & wine events, Chef’s Tasting & Wine Pairing Dinners, etc. Committed to long-term career growth. Able to start ASAP!
