Experienced Chef (Executive, Sous, Chef de Cuisine) needed ASAP for a popular Chef-driven, Mediterranean / European-inspired bistro (with a slight southern accent) for the Season (NOW through November 30), with the opportunity to come back full-time next spring.

—  FREE HOUSING provided in a nearby fully-furnished house.

Salary: $800 – $1,000 per week (NET!) + FREE HOUSING (in a nearby fully-furnished house) + Relocation compensation (if applicable) and BONUS potential.

*  Available for occasional travel to help open & supervise new locations (including NYC, Chicago, and Las Vegas!), prepare special creations for A-List celebrity events, etc.

*  Proven ability to design, develop, and standardize menus & recipes, implement culinary standards, train & mentor, oversee culinary operations of multiple units, ensure consistency and quality, etc.

*  Requires Total Kitchen Management & Supervisory skills, and play a major role on the Management team: Cost Control; Inventory Management; Menu Planning & Development; Set Production Goals; Assess Performance and Evaluate Team Members; Financial Analysis, etc.
