 = > Mandatory Requirements:

  1. CHEF experience (Executive / Head Chef, Sous, Chef de Cuisine, KM, even Lead Line Cook) with upscale, high-volume scratch-kitchen operations. Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity, able to create signature dishes, nightly specials, special Chef’s tasting dinners, etc. Capable of filling the role as acting Executive Chef.  Particular expertise with fresh Fish & Seafood and/or contemporary American / “Floribbean” cuisine strongly preferred.
  1. Must have the Culinary chops, KM skills, and personal motivation and drive to advance up to Executive Chef.
  2. Excellent BOH Kitchen Management skills. A strong leader with proven ability to run a busy, high-volume kitchen smoothly and cooly. Strong Expediting skills, with strict attention to details and strong multi-tasking abilities.
  3. Hands-on and hard-working, with strong work ethic and personal commitment to excellence. Able to maintain stringent quality and overall excellence. Must demonstrate a high level of energy, motivation, and sincere desire to excel – and advance!
  4. Dynamic personality with great People Skills. A team player who runs a happy crew and gets along well with others. Polished and Professional, who presents well in public, comfortable with customer interaction, Chef’s dinners, VIP events, media, etc.
  5. Committed to long-term career growth. Able to start ASAP!
