EXECUTIVE CHEF / CULINARY DIRECTOR to lead an exciting new ‘elevated-casual’ Contemporary American bistro in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
* Incredible opportunity for a true All-Star (or Rising Star) Chef to develop a new menu and oversee the entire Culinary operations of this very successful local restaurant group — with tremendous opportunities for advancement and growth!

– Must have EXECUTIVE CHEF experience; Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity, able to create entire new menu, & oversee entire Culinary operations.
– Particular experience with BANQUETS, CATERING, & PRIVATE EVENTS with upscale private clubs strongly preferred, but not required.
– Strong BOH MANAGEMENT skills – able to run a busy kitchen smoothly, control costs, hire and supervise cooks, manage inventories, etc.
– Must be Hands-on and hard working (no “clipboard” Chefs here!). A Team Player who leads by example and works well with others.
– Good people skills, comfortable with guest interactions, special events, private functions, Chef’s Tasting Dinners, etc.
