JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Serious EXECUTIVE CHEF / CdC experience with high-volume, chef-driven scratch kitchen operations. Particluar expertise with Contemporary American and elevated SOUTHERN cuisine strongly preferred. Outstanding Culinary Skills & Creativity, able to nightly specials, menu additions, Chef’s Dinners, etc.
  2. Strong BOH MANAGEMENT skills, able to command a busy kitchen smoothly & effectively.
  3. Hands-on and hard working, able to oversee entire BOH operations and take charge Strong personal work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  4. Professional appearance with good people skills, who interacts well with guests and staff.
