HEAD SUSHI CHEF (Ft Lauderdale) – $100K+/yr + Full Benefits!

EXECUTIVE SUSHI CHEF for a very successful, high-volume, and well-established “upscale casual” waterfront restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale.

Must have substantial HEAD SUSHI CHEF experience with high-volume upscale operations; Ability to create new menu items and develop recipes; and Meticulous attention to detail.

Other non-sushi Asian experience (teriyaki, stir-fry, gyozo, etc.) preferred, but not mandatory.

EXPERIENCED COOK – Opening Team! Chinese / Wok cuisine (Boca Raton, FL) – FULL OR PART-TIME!

* OPENING TEAM Cook needed for a brand new restaurant in Boca Raton.

* Very successful LOCAL restaurant group (NOT a chain!), with 5 restaurants (and growing!), with great advancement opportunities  

*  Full-Time OR Part-Time schedule – your choice!

* Particular experience with CHINESE and WOK cooking strongly preferred, but not required.

* Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and absolute cleanliness.  

* Additional experience with Italian, Steak, Sushi, Pizza, and/or Kosher cuisine preferred, but NOT mandatory.

* Able to start ASAP.

* NO early morning, late night, or Saturday shifts!

PAY:  $750 – $1,000 / week + Overtime, MANY days off (including every Saturday!), and great opportunities for Advancement!
