Fantastic  opportunity for an experienced ITALIAN / PIZZZA CHEF to help lead a very successful, well-established, “upscale casual” Italian trattoria in beautiful Lake Mary (north Orlando), FL!

REQUIREMENTS:

* 2+ Years CHEF, Pizzaiolo, and/or Lead Cook experience with a full-service, scratch- kitchen operation.

* ITALIAN and/or BRICK OVEN PIZZA expertise strongly preferred (but not required).

* Reliable with a strong work ethic and personal commitment to excellence.

* Have the talent & ambition for rapid advancement.

* Able to start ASAP!

* Full Time Work + Plenty of OVERTIME if desired!

GENERAL MANAGER – Authentic Italian Trattoria & Wine Bar (Ft. Lauderdale, FL)

All- Star GM to lead a VERY successful “polished casual” Italian Trattoria & Wine Bar in central Ft. Lauderdale (away from the Las Olas madness!), with tremendous opportunities for advancement and growth! 
Must have solid  RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT experience with applicable full serve operations; Dynamic personality with

excellent CUSTOMER
RAPPORT; strong focus on
Customer SERVICE; and proven
ability to run a busy restaurant smoothly, while maintaining cool composure.  Polished
and professional, comfortable with guest
interaction, public appearances, food & wine events, Chef’s Dinners, etc.  Good English communication skills.   A team player who runs a happy crew and gets
along well with others (“NO Prima Donnas here!”).

Reasonable Hours!  Just 5 day, 50-hour work weeks.

Generous Salary ($70K-$78K/ yr), plus Bonuses, HEALTH
