Primary Requirements included:

** REQUIREMENTS: 

1)  Serious EXECUTIVE CHEF experience with HIGH-VOLUME scratch kitchen operations. Particular expertise with FRESH FISH & SEAFOOD (especially Gulf Coast & Caribbean inspired). Stellar Culinary chops, able to update menus, create nightly specials, Wine pairing Dinners, etc.

2)  Excellent BOH MANAGEMENT skills. A strong leader who commands a busy kitchen smoothly and effectively with cool composure. Proven ability to ensure overall excellence, supervise & mentor team, control costs, etc. Strict attention to details

3) Hands-on and hard-working. Strong work ethic & commitment to excellence. A Team Leader who motivates by example and works well with others.

5) Solid, stable track record with good professional references. Able to start ASAP!

 

* Someone who lives in or near Pensacola Beach a definite plus, but will gladly RELOCATE the right person!

 

WINE & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR – Ft. Lauderdale, FL

A-Team WINE & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR for an upscale and highly esteemed restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Serious BEVERAGE & WINE MANAGEMENT experience (Wine AND Bar) with High-end, fine dining operations.
* Outstanding WINE KNOWLEDGE. Sommelier Certification strongly preferred, but not strictly required.
* Work with Chef to create wine & food pairings, special Wine /Whiskey Dinners, etc.
* BAR MANAGEMENT Experience. Hire, train, and supervise Bartenders. Create specialty cocktails. Oversee & update the entire Bar program.

  • Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE with a keen eye for details. FOH Management experience strongly preferred.
